Welcome to my studio. Completely refurbished and based around an Apple Mac running Logic Studio 9 you have access to a virtually unlimited number of tracks to record on.

I am able to offer you a complete recording solution. Whether you are a singer/songwriter, instrumentalist or full band you can record all of your material and have it mastered to red book standard CD and MP3. Ready for duplication or to upload to iTunes.

The studio is acoustically treated to provide the best sound and I have a wide range of equipment for you to use.

Guitarists  and Bassists can plug into a variety of amps from Trace Elliot, Ashdown, Marshall and Blackstar alongside a huge selection of virtual amps. Hard and Soft effects from Digitech, Line 6, Electro Harmonix and Boss add depth to your sounds.

Keyboard players and pianists have access to an array of synths. Samplers and Virtual Instruments for the most lifelike pianos. Monophonic Synths for crushing bass sounds. Sculpture for soaring and ethereal sounds and a whole lot more.

Singers will have their voice handled with care by a range of microphones from Rode, SE Electronics, Shure, Peavey and AKG. Compressors, reverbs, limiters and a whole host of outboard effects will add shine and polish to your vocals.

Drums are handled in a 21st century manner. Every drummer has their own kit and own ideal sound for their drums. Trying to recreate this in a studio is one of the most time consuming and difficult processes when using a regular drumkit. As a result I use the Roland V-Drum kit fed into a number of different drumkit sounds within the system including BFD2 to allow you to record your drums and then fine tune them afterwards. This allows you to create the exact sound you are after so that it sits perfectly within the mix. Along with a large number of drumkits you also have access to thousands of loops to add to your songs.

Other instruments can also be recorded. Brass, Woodwind, Strings...
You name it, I'll record it. 

Pricing and Availability:

As with my tuition I offer a free initial consultation to all prospective clients in order to discuss your project and see if what I have available is suitable for your needs.

After that I charge £25 per hour whether it is for recording, producing, remixing or mastering.

New Pop Star Package! - Are you a singer? If so come to the studio for 2 hours and leave with a CD of you singing along to a backing track of your choice. Prices start at just £50.
